Meetings Agendas & Minutes are held every 2 weeks, the 1st and the 3rd Sunday of each month.

Handover Checklist

After a AGM or through resignations / re-appointments, there may be a change in the committee members. Here is a checklist to help in handing over. The handover has to be done by old board members within 2 weeks (Associations Act).

Board Members

Treasury
- bank accounts - list of accounts, signatories at bank, account access, paypal
- brief new members and request details
Assets trusted to board members for official purposes
the envelope of critical team's disaster recovery assets

Change the Moderators/Editors and Owners of the cacert-board list. This propagates to membership changes on the cacert-board-private and cacert-inc lists within the next hour. any owner of board email list can do this.
Lodge Association Rules changes and change svn and wiki entries (x2)

Tech / systems administrators

wiki-admin: change TrustedGroup (can board members do this anyway?)
webmail-admin: update board voting system - /var/www/board/database.sqlite - voters and email table.
email-admin: Review the roles (treasurer, secretary, paypal) and advice email-admin of required changes.
software assessment / critical systems admin: change board list
key people contacts list cacert-keypersons-request@lists.cacert.org
