Triage

A request for an Organisation Assurance is moved to the Organisation Assurance queue.

A request for a confirmation of the assurer status of a proposed Organisation Administrator is moved to the SE queue.

Support Engineers

After the request for a confirmation of the assurer status of a proposed Organisation Administrator is answered, the ticket is merged to the ticket number that is given in the request.
