problems starting telco w/ default server, magu offered an alternate
Uli, Martin: what should Dirk code on tour to Brussels ?
- not succeeded, as either patch relates on accounts.php, that is untestable currently
- migration plan ?
  1. seperation ?
    - middle to longtime project
  2. testers group, who are familiar with the patch environment
- sample patch area: language codepage ... workaround to add encoding onto each form, this means: modify all forms within webdb
  - general patch: unicode migration
  - not as easy

- Board decided for wiki link /Board or /Committee
- SA decided for /Board
- Wiki ACL groups updates: Board, SupportEngineer for affected Board wiki pages
ATE mailing script sending thru MTA ? (php send mail script)
- ping mails and ATE mailing script uses the php mailing script within mysql.php
- should be changed to MTA sendmail
