  - Review of 2nd Software-Assessor needed. Dirk: not before weekend, PG ?
  - Add new stati to Mantis, Markus: add review-feedback or need-review and reviewed-done
  - Update to Mantis should not block current patch transfer to production system, to do in parallel

patch needs an update to include experience points, old special assurance programs. This was the result from Testserver-Mgmt-System tests, where this patch was on testserver (see bug# 837)

dirk: and therefor I need infos from within the live db (see arbitration case a20100822.1)
