Definition

USE is defined in our CAcert Community Agreement as:

A certificate from CAcert may be USED by your software to ensure you can secure your communications, or identify an end-point, or similar.

In order to facilitate this, CAcert has made available a Root Distribution License which grants the acceptor a right under some limitations to copy and distribute the root. The root is useful for helping your software in its job.

However, if you are not a Member of CAcert (as defined by our CAcert Community Agreement) then you have no license to RELY.
