Dirk: correction of "Thawte" patch Bug# 827 added onto CACERT-DEV repository, but not added onto testserver yet
- Action Item: someone with SA access permissions should push this patch onto the testserver

- to inform Infrastructure t/l
- Alternates: Vienna Hosting ? relates on Infrastructure split project
