Tverify fails when ID picture size is too big

A user's reported having trouble while inserting an image in the Tverify system.

The image seemed too big to be downloaded by the server.

He scaled down the image (image/png) and then was able to complete the Tverify form to get the 150 points.

This was the right suggestion. When scaling down the image it worked.

Maybe there should be an explicit message that there was a problem with the uploaded image. Just silent downgrading of the points is not a very good idea from my point of view because it confuses the users.

Hi.

Looking at the source code:

The message is shown if you have more than $max points, already

$max = 90 points means, that $nofile != 0

$nofile is set to 1 if :

So there is something wrong with you image, I think.

(unofficial answer and I cannot check if your file actually arrived, but maybe you try again with a smaller picture)
