The requirements for a fast termination by Support based on precedents case a20140713.1 were met.

Ruling
The claimant send a confirmation and CARS statement about the destruction of the CAP Forms. As far as known, the account of the claimant fulfilled the prerequisites defined in the precedents ruling a20140713.1
Support should be so kind and continue with the execution of the above precedents ruling.
Kiel, 2014-11-11
Martin Gummi
Execution
- 2014-11-11 (Support): started closure of account, including locking of account
- 2014-11-20 (CM): locking was not part of the precedents ruling that should be executed, but it would not make sense to change this, as C should not be bothered with more mails
