Lesson 63 - Removal of inactive Dispute Resolution Officer
- The first step is to try to contact the DRO and find a solution.
- If this doesn't help solving the problem:
- Case Managers and Arbitrators have to report to Board directly that there is a problem with the DRO if DRO is unresponsive
- Its the Boards duty to check the situation and probably to replace the DRO by a Board motion if the DRO doesn't resign by himself
