Lesson 26 - Emergency action

Upon occasion, arbitrators may need to take emergency action - either directly or to provide authorisation to others.

It is imperative that any emergency action taken is fully documented as soon as possible after the event - including the reasoning as to why such an emergency action was necessary. This can be done either via a support ticket or by a direct addition to the Pending Arbitrations list - but it must result in a filed arbitration case.
