Arbitration Meeting Minutes FAQ
- Every Arbitration Team Meeting we starting over and over with the discussion of
1.2 Accept the Minutes of the last Arbitration Team Meeting 2010-##-##
- Its seldom, that the Attendees on meeting 1 also attend on meeting 2, so the combination of Attendees will never fit
- Acceptance of Minutes is a process of reviewing ones summary over the last meeting, so the 4 eyes principle also works on the meeting minutes
- The purpose of review is a check about privacy cases that the writer of the minutes has probably overseen, to prevent privacy leaks in the minutes
- all topics should have a summary at the end, so maybe a summary gets lost in the transfer from the session transcript into the minutes
- no informations from a current running arbitration case should be published in the minutes. If there is an informal note over a case, privacy informations should be anonymized (full names, email addresses)
- For Attendees who also attended the meeting before, they can check, if something is missing in the minutes
- These check criterias can be easily checked by everone, attended the related meeting or not.
- Its also a good time, to get a quick summary over the last meeting you didn't attend.
- Acceptance of Minutes voting
If all seems to be ok, you should vote with Aye, that you can accept the minutes under above listed requirements, if you attended the meeting or not doesn't relates on your vote
- If you'll find a problem (i.e. privacy leak), you should vote Naye, if you attend or didn't attend the meeting before doesn't counts.
- Abstain is only acceptable to the Minutes writers vote.
If you'll don't vote Aye or Naye over the last minutes, try volunteer to write the next minutes
