2.1 Public and Private part of Arbitration filing added by UlrichSchroeter (continued from last meeting)
Regarding Arbitration team meeting April 28th, topic 2.1 How to handle the arbitration cases wiki (Continued from meeting 2010-03-17) that was added by Hans Verbeek, PD wants to present a software to handle arbitration cases with closed and public parts. Since there is no progress on this project, we've decided last meeting (2010-08-18) to build a workaround. As last meeting the discussion hasn't finished completely - still open point: What about the wiki? Will that be used for private data, like proposed last meeting? (with ACL's) - so this top is again on top
2.2 Inactive CM/A's added by UlrichSchroeter (based on question time DRO info last meeting)
- DRO started contacting inactive CM/A's. Progress update.
2.3 Update on arbitration-archive added by UlrichSchroeter

2.4 Bulk handling of 30 Delete Account Requests added by UlrichSchroeter

Top 2.1 - Public and Private part of Arbitration filing
- How about your wiki project by wiki update, cert inclusion ? What is the current state ? expectations ?
- made at last weeks about 3 setups of moin moin and only one solution works
- client cert in the wiki is a give a way for the arb management but not mandatory
- from the old days I remind me about the plan to replace all systems with a client cert login ...
- yes, having certificate login for any system we operate would be ideal, it was generally agreed during discussion. However, looking at resources this would still need lots of time.
- discussion of whom ? board ? teams ?
- I would just call them community members for this part. I guess anyone knows that we want cert login, but nearly no one is working on it. Currently we are making efforts for wiki
- for wiki i would instantly move to cert access because of the spam problem. No password logins.
- so coming back to my question before ... What is the current state about the wiki update to establish the platform that is needed for the priv/pub arb filing ?
- Why would we need an update for this?
- you know we can only set ACLs for page by page not for a part of the page
- why we made this meeting about software / infrastructure this is only a tool for arbitration
- like the arbteam meeting structure, we can set directory ACLs ... so the public arbfile is placed under Arbitrations/ and the private part under eg Arbitrations/priv
- and we have more as one page for an arbitration
- arbitrators awaiting the implementation of the topic into the wiki
- I would say it is already implemented
- so how does it work ? where is it documented ?
- simple public data in the wiki other not in the wiki
objection! => result from meeting Team Meeting Minutes-2010-08-18 => private wiki
- Summary: split arb filing into a public / private part ...
- private part to be accessible to CM/A's only
- implementation details not yet focused
-> thats it
- please deploy a proposal how this can work - probably easily ....
- so you want to have a wiki for arbitration set up?
- Proposal: Arbitrations/a###### public part ... leave as is ... create subdir Arbitrations/priv, set ACLs to Arbteam group
- on writing arbfile ... add a link to Arbitrations/priv/a####### for the private part
- I think its make more confusing
Do you want to do this with the current MoinMoin installation running on wiki.cacert.org?
- this can probably set with the current wiki.cacert.org as it is set with arbitration-meetings and arbitration-meetings/transcripts
public part a.x private part a.x Arbitrations/aXXXX.X Arbitrations/priv/aXXXX.X ---------------------- ---------------------------- header aXXXX.X (priv) history <link to priv> --> private section ruling bottom
- this can probably set with the current wiki.cacert.org as it is set with arbitration-meetings and arbitration-meetings/transcripts
- So you just want to have an admin set some ACLs?
- but to come to a compromise we try it with the next 5 arbitrations
- private section is a link in a subdir and a file with the same filename as pub arbcase
- Arbitration/a20101020.1 (pub) and Arbitration/priv/a20101020.1 (private part)
- the arb. needs maintain 2 pages
- so acls only needs to be set once onto Arbitrations/priv
- at last meetings for many arbt. is the editing of one wiki page not ok
- you do not need to keep a private record
Summary: acls set on https://wiki.cacert.org/Arbitrations/priv, Uli to write a documentation under Arbitration/Trianing
- How about your wiki project by wiki update, cert inclusion ? What is the current state ? expectations ?
Top 2.2 - Inactive CM/A's
Summary: defered 'cause DRO not available
Top 2.3 - Update on arbitration-archive
arbitration-archive@c.o was requested from mail admins. Login should be sent to DRO
- arbitration-archive is not created yet
Summary: Mario, plz send a reminder with progress report req to email admins
Top 2.4 - Bulk handling of 30 Delete Account Requests
- Info of a plan to bulk handle all about 30 open Delete Account Requests at once by 3 active Arbitrators
- A modified procedure of handling of initmailing (order turn) should prevent delays by not responding requestors, so probably 80-90% of all cases can be ruled quickly
Summary: Uli starts request for CM's available to assist A's
Top 4.1 - Next Meeting
