== Pre-Registration-System ==

As the time we have available for assurance is very limited, we decided to setup a pre-registration-system to speed up administrative tasks.
See it in action on https://weboftrust.org and see the screenshots below.


The system allows us to collect all the needed personal data to prefill the cap forms.
The personal data is only accessible to site administrators.
Anyone who wants his personal data deleted after the conference may send us an email from the registered account and we will do accordingly.

We are aware of the fact that cacert.org offers prefilled cap forms, but the user interface is very time consuming.

The key features of the system are:
 * The weboftrust system allows assurees to sign-up for an event.
 * Site administrators are able to define assurers for a given event
 * Assurers are able to generate a pdf, which contains cap forms for the assuree and all assurers available with one mouse click.

The planned workflow is as follows:
 * Assurees sign up at https://weboftrust.org before the event starts or while the event is in progress
 * All registered assurers meet at the assurance point of the event
 * The assuree meets the assurers at the assurance point
 * The first assurer asks the assuree for his identity cards
 * The assurer prints out the cap forms
   (Fully prefilled and for all attending assurers)
 * The assurer does the first verification/assurance
 * The assurer hands the remaining forms to the assurer who does the next verification/assurance
