CAcert is planning to partner with local Foundations and Associations, formed on a non-profit basis. The Foundations can provide local support to events, and more clearly handle donations and other revenues.

Oophaga -- Netherlands
The Stichting [http://www.cacert.nl Oophaga Foundation] (Stichtung) is a Dutch organisation formed for the purpose of providing hosting support for free certficate provision projects as CAcert.org services and servers. Oophaga is supported by non-profits NLnet foundation and HCC hobby computer association, a former dutch regional ISP IAE, industrial internet provider BIT and Tunix Internet Security services, and some major hardware suppliers as SUN, AMD, Cisco, Net Apps, etc.

Balimbing -- Germany
Project [http://balimbing.de Balimbing] is a plan to form an Association (Verein) in Germany to handle CeBIT, LinuxTag and CCC events. Still in the planning stage, needs your help.
