I received this email from a guy in Central America who wants to send his documents to the US with his wife to get certified while he remains in Central America. I told him he has to appear before the assurer in person. It looks like his account should be monitored for inappropriate activity. On [date] at [time], [respondent] wrote: Hi Charles, Jerome B[...] has sent you a message via the contact an Assurer form on CAcert.org. Subject: Hi Message: Hello, I live in Guadeloupe in the Caribbean, I do not travel a lot so it is dificult for me to find an assurer. My wife goes to New York at the end of the month and I wish to know if it is possible for you, if I give her the CAcert Assurance Programme Identity Verification Form and my identity card, to provide me points Please? Thank you.
