I file a dispute to decide if I can change the assignment of name parts to
name fields of a CAcert account. Nothing is changed or added or deleted, only
which name part goes to which name field.

I regard it similar and milder to

http://wiki.cacert.org/Support/Handbook/PrecedentCases/a20110119.1. Maybe it
could be embraced to one of them or you could say I can freely do so.
