2015-02-08 note from Case Manager:

The case took so long until an Arbitrator was found, that it now fulfills the requirements of a20140713.1 within the next few days. As this will be within the time that Arbitration would need to get the first answer from the claimant when addressed with the init mail, it is in the interest of all, that the case is handled directly by Support. This will be quicker than if Arbitration would handle it further, with probably the same result.

After short consultation of the Arbitrator I give this case back to support and close the case afterwards.
