• Certificates issued after 2009-11-08 (date when CPS became draft) that include the not corrected givenname w/o hyphen have to be revoked.

• No assurances should be revoked, as (AS1) could confirm the requested name change

• There is enough evidance over the requested givenname, at least confirmed by two assurers (AS1) and (C) according to AP 2.1

• Certificates issued after 2009-11-08 (date when CPS became draft) that include the not corrected givenname w/o hyphen have to be revoked.

• Intermediate ruling dated January 13th, 2010 follows Privacy Policy 2. Personal information and is hereby confirmed.
