Respondent: CAcert Incorporated (R) Claimant: Bas van den Dikkenberg (C) Case: a20090618.1 * A 20090619 : I met C on the ATE in Amsterdam, where he came to me, explaining the problem. I used a CAP form, to write down exactly what names are in C's passport. I verified his account details and his ID's just as in a normal assurance. C signed the CAP form, explicitly accepting Arbitration. The passport and account data are not identical, there is an error in C's name in his account, just like C writes. I therefore rule that his account details must be changed. ---- . CategoryArbitration . CategoryArbCaseAccountDataNameModificationsRequested
