== Lesson 63 -  Removal of inactive Dispute Resolution Officer  ==

 * The first step is to try to contact the DRO and find a solution.

 * If this doesn't help solving the problem:

 * Case Managers and Arbitrators have to report to Board directly that there is a problem with the DRO if DRO is unresponsive

 * Its the Boards duty to check the situation and probably to replace the DRO by a Board motion if the DRO doesn't resign by himself
