On ruling of arbitration cases with Name errors by assurers, the Arbitrator can rule that the assurers have to get an advice about Name errors and how they can prevent them in further assurances.

- An Assuree files a dispute after an event. He still gets noticed that there is a problem with his name in the online account he should correct first before an Assurer can transfer the assurance points. But other Assurers still transferred their assurance points to this account. Needs the advice to be sent to the assurer who didn't transfer the Assurance points?
