 * In informal Arbitration team meeting 2013-05-16 some thoughts were made ''How to bring in new Arbitrators''
 * So everyone can prepare an article for a new newsletter ... so one article can become  Arbitrators wanted
 * There was some rethinking about the skills, that qualifies a CAcert Arbitrator (Which skills needs an arbitrator)

 || a. || skills exclude of the skills about assurances and CAcert things                                  ||    ||
 || b. || have enough time ...  2, 3 times upto 30 mins a week ... probably 1-4 times 2-4 hours in a month || +1 ||
 || c. || must skilled with the commen law (???)                                                           ||    ||
 || d. || skills about CAcert policy framework (but this is still part of the training .... )              || +2 ||
 || e. || to become familar what other policies except CCA and AP exists                                   || +2 ||
