CAcert's Arbitration Forum
CAcert has a WIP policy [http://svn.cacert.org/CAcert/dispute_resolution.html Rules of Dispute Resolution] which are the defining rules of the Forum, once approved. Also, see the [http://svn.cacert.org/CAcert/RegisteredUserAgreement.html Registered User Agreement] which includes the key clause to agree to Arbitration.
