 * DanielBlack: an association isn't a limited liability organisation in my limited understanding of AU law and despite this rule change I'm not sure you can administratively remove financial liability from the members or the committee.
 * MarkLipscombe: NSW Incorporated Associations are indeed limited liability, and the liability extends to the capital of the entity and any unpaid dues.
